USPS DELAYS

USPS has been experiencing hefty intermittent delays over the course of 2020 and 2021.  Not all packages will be affected, but many will.  It seems like every 2 to 3 months, we experience a wave of USPS backlogging sent packages.  This is where they are picked up from our local post office and then sent to a sorting facility (where they may not be scanned in or sorted for weeks at a time). 

21 DAYS OF NON-DELIVERY

Should you experience 21 days of non-delivery, please reach out to us so that we can either resend or refund you.  If we resend or refund, we do require you to send the "delayed package" back once it is delivered to you.  All you have to do is write "REFUSED, RETURN TO SENDER" and pop it back in your outgoing mail.  It will not cost you anything to refuse the package.  However, please do not open it.  USPS will not take a refused package once it has been opened.
